Refunds

  • Corporate filing deadlines and terms and conditions apply, as state deadlines expedite our delivery process to the client to meet these mandated deadlines.
  • All refunds are subject to the engaging party acknowledging that they will contact My Florida Corporate Filings no later than thirty days of making payment or receiving the filing acknowledgment certificate for a refund request .
  • No Dispute. The parties acknowledge that the obligations under the original contract have been fully performed as of the signing date of this Agreement, and there is no debtor-creditor relationship based on the original contract among the parties anymore. If such a debtor-creditor relationship exists, the obligee hereby waives such right free of charge, unconditionally, and permanently by signing this Agreement.
Cancellation Policy

  • You can cancel a contract only if you request a refund within the parameters of our terms and conditions.
  • Once you cancel any information you have provided to My Florida Corporate Filings will be purged from our encrypted database.
  • All cancellation must be in writing
  • It should be noted that a filing may carry a state or federal fee. Our service is to provide a streamlined process to review and file your companies filings to steer clear of issues and be compliant. Our fee agreement is based on the rates of the professionals at My Florida Corporate Filings. And cancellations are not applicable when the service has been rendered.
